Three top chefs from The Grill Iron, battle it out at the Tastemade Season Finale Tailgate Party to see who takes home the trophy.
Marcus Meacham – Kraft House 5 – Ohio State
Eric Ferguson – Nick’s Italian Cafe – Oregon
Richard Deshantz – Butcher and the Rye – Penn State
It is interesting that all three of these guys went with seafood as the main focus for their final dishes to be judged. Props to Tastemade for bringing in Tailgate Tony, a chef from the lots in South Carolina, to give his input on these great dishes.
