Ingredients
3cupscantaloupe, cut into cubes
2cupspineapple, cut into cubes
2oranges, peeled and sliced into cubes
1pintraspberries
1pint blackberries
1pintstrawberries, sliced
2kiwi, peeled and sliced
1cupseedless grapes, sliced in half
1/4cuphoney or agave nectar
juice of 1 orange
1lime, juiced
1/4cupminced mint leaves
Instructions
Place all of the fruit into a large bowl and toss to mix.
Whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, and honey. Pour it over the fruit salad and toss again. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 4 hours before serving (for optimal freshness).
