Ingredients
4eggspasture raised, if possible
1/2cupdiced celery
3Tbspmayonnaise
1Tbsprelish
1/4tspsalt (or to taste)
1/2tspWorcestershire sauce
1/4tsppepper
4largepieces of lettuce
4slicessourdough bread or equivelant bread of choice
small pickle and toothpick optional
Instructions
Boil eggs for about 10 minutes, remove the cover and run cold water over eggs.
Peel the eggs and dice. Be sure you do not have any shell fragments left behind.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Place a piece of bread on a plate and top with lettuce, egg salad, and more lettuce. Place a piece of bread on top and slice the sandwich in half. Keep the halves together with a pickle pressed through a toothpick, and enjoy!
