Ingredients
2poundschicken wings
2tbspvegetable oil
1tbspbrown sugar
1/2tspgarlic powder
1 1/2tsp onion powder
1/4tspchili powder
1/2tspsmoked paprika
1cupplain greek yogurt
2tspsirracha
For The Glaze
1/4cupapple butter
2tspbrown sugar
2tbsp apple cider vinegarwhite wine vinegar also works
1tbspdijon mustard
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
In a bowl, whisk together the apple butter, brown sugar, vinegar, and dijon.
In a large ziplock bag or stasher bag, toss the wings with the vegetable oil, brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt and pepper, to taste.
Spread the wings out on a parchent paper lined baking sheet, and brush the tops evenly with the apple butter glaze. Bake for 25 minutes, flip, and continue baking for 10-15 more minutes until the internal temperature registers 165 degrees F.
