Beer Battered Wings

Wings, split and washed

Beer (medium thickness)

Flour

Salt
Pepper
Instructions
Coat wings with light dusting of flour to allow the batter to cling to it.
Add flour, salt, pepper and egg in a bowl.
Mix with whisk, and slowly add beer until batter is thick like pancake batter.
One by one, dip wing into batter, then carefully drop into oil.
Deep fry for 10 minutes.
Remove from oil and dry wings with paper towel.
Serve immediately with hot sauce.
