Caesar Bloody Mary Recipe

This national cocktail of Canada is made with vodka, clamato (clam and tomato juice), Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and a variety of savory garnishes like celery, lime, and pickles.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • celery salt to coat the rim of the glass
  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 4 oz clamato juice
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • prepared horseradish, to taste optional
Optional Garnishes
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 slice cucumber
  • 1 slice lime

Method
 

  1. Coat the rim of a tall glass with celery salt, fill with ice and set aside.
  2. Add the vodka, Clamato juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, and horseradish into a seperate mixing glass with ice. Mix very well using a mixer.
  3. Strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a celery stalk, cucumber spear, and lime wedge. Enjoy!
