All Beef Vienna Hot Dog, char-broiled

Poppy Seed Bun, well steamed

Tsp
Mustard

Tbsp
Green Relish
Fresh Chopped, Steaming Hot, Grilled Onions

Large Dill Pickle Spears

Slices
Red-Ripe Plum Tomatoes
Dash Of Celery Salt
Hot Sport Peppers, optional
Instructions
Make three diagonal cuts on the top of hot dog.
Char broil for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking.
Place char broiled hot dog in bun.
Top with mustard, relish, onions, pickles, and tomatoes.
Finish it off with a dash of celery salt.
Hot sport peppers are optional.
