Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail Shaker
  • Highball Glass

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 oz spiced rum
  • 3 oz pink grapefruit juice
  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
  • ice cubes
  • lime wedge as desired

Instructions

  • Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  • Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Garnish with a slice of lime, and serve.
