Ingredients
  

  • 2 Lbs Ground Turkey or Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Cup Finely Diced Onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chicken Spice Rub
  • 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 Bottle BBQ Sauce
  • 12 Slider Buns

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a large bowl, add the first five ingredients and mix well with your hands.
  3. Roll into 12 large meatballs of equal size.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes until cooked to an internal temp of 165°F (160°F for beef).
  5. Warm Bar-B-Q Sauce in an saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Place meatballs into buns and top with warm Sweet Heat Bar-B-Q Sauce.
