Instructions
In a medium bowl whisk together the milk and eggs. Place the flour in a separate bowl and the bread crumbs in another bowl.
Coat each piece of cheese with flour, then dredge in the egg mixture and roll in breadcrumbs. Dip in the egg mixture and the breadcrumbs one more time.
Repeat the process until you are done, then transfer the mozzarella sticks to a freezer safe container lined with parchment paper. Freeze fully before frying.
When ready to fry, heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the frozen mozzarella sticks in the oil using tongs and cook, flipping every 2-3 minutes, until fully cooked through (before the cheese starts to leak out).
Transfer to a paper towel. When done, serve with marinara sauce for dipping and enjoy!
