Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Pineapple Juice, chilled fresh is best
  • 1/2 Cup White Rum or Coconut Rum Malibu works great
  • 750 ml Prosecco, chilled
  • 2 Cups Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour pineapple juice, rum, and prosecco into a pitcher. Add the frozen pineapple to keep it chilled. Serve the same day it’s made, ang garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy!
