Ingredients
- 8 oz. red pepper hot sauce
- 1 c Bourbon
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp concentrated tomato paste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally till slightly thickened.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool, toss wings until well coated.
