Tandoori Indian Sauce
Tandori chicken lovers rejoice! This curry-spiced sauce will light up your taste buds.

Ingredients

Yogurt

Ginger paste

Garlic paste

Turmeric powder

Cumin powder

Coriander powder

tsp
Chilli powder

Lemon juice

Ground black pepper

Oil- 1 tbsp
Salt- to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally till slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and allow to cool, toss wings until well coated.
Notes
*For even more flavorful wings, add chicken wings to marinade before baking, from 30 minutes to overnight and then bake in oven.
