  • 25 strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream 236 ml
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Pour the heavy cream and vanilla into a large bowl. Using a hand mixer, mix the heavy cream on high until it starts to form peaks, about 5 minutes.
  2. When it starts to form soft peaks, add the confectioners sugar and continue to whisk until firm peaks form, about another 3 minutes.
  3. Serve immediately with the strawberries and enjoy!
