Ingredients

  • 3 Oz Aperol
  • 1 Oz Pomegranate Juice
  • 3 Oz Prosecco
  • 1 Oz Club Soda or Sparkling Water
  • Grapefruit Wedge
  • Pomegranate Arils
  • Sprig of Rosemary

Instructions

  • Fill a glass with ice and top with Aperol and pomegranate juice. Add prosecco and club soda.
  • Garnish with a grapefruit wedge, pomegranate arils and a sprig of rosemary. Serve immediately.
