These crispy cheese raviolis are coated in seasoned breadcrumbs and are then fried to golden perfection. You can use your favorite brand of refrigerated ravioli to save time, or you can make your own ravioli.
Whisk the eggs and milk in a bowl until well combined. Place the breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.
Dip each ravioli into the egg mixture, then roll in the breadcrumbs and place on the parchment paper. Repeat the process until you are done with the ravioli.
Heat 3 inches of oil in a large dutch oven or pot until it reaches 350 degrees F. Add 8-10 ravioli to the pot and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown all over. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate, and repeat the process with the remaining ravioli.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley, and serve with marinara sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
