2Tbsphot sauce
2tspfresh lime juice

Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until well combined. pour or strain into a glass with ice. Add a celery stalk, drizzle with extra Tabasco, if using, and scatter with a pinch of freshly ground black pepper.
