Everything is bigger in Texas. And so must the tailgating.

The Dallas area is ripe for tailgating. So here is a list of sports venues that you may want to hit up while in town. And following that is a nice, refreshing cocktail that can spice up your event.

Zarza

Zarza Background-2

  • 2 parts Sauza® 901® Tequila
  • 1 part simple syrup
  • 1 part fresh lemon juice
  • Blackberries
  • Float: Blackberry liqueur

Preparation: Combine all ingredients, excluding blackberry liqueur.  Shake well.  Strain and serve over crushed ice in a rocks glass.  Float blackberry liqueur on top.  Garnish with fresh blackberries.
