We feel like exploring a bit of history this week. And we found out that Eighty-One years ago today, John Dillinger, American bank robber, ‘Public Enemy No. 1′, was shot and killed outside a Chicago theater by FBI agents. What does this have to do with tailgating? Well we know what we will be drinking the next time we are in Chicago for any kind of sports event.

  • 1 3/4 oz. Dill Aquavit
  • 3/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao
  • 3/4 oz. Cream

St. Hubertus Key

  • 2 oz Jägermeister
  • 1 oz Fresh Grapefruit juice
  • .5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Luxardo maraschino

Shake, strain into a coupe, garnish with a rosemary sprig.
