To help you celebrate all that’s great about the “little water”, here are a few recipes guaranteed to satisfy both the classic and creative cocktail lover:

VODKA MARTINIS:

No one ever agrees on what makes the perfect martini, especially when we venture into the controversial territory of the vodka martini. Luckily, we have several subtle variations for you to choose from provided by Purity, Skyy and FAIR vodkas…

FAIR. MARTINIVodka-Martini

  • 3 oz. FAIR. Quinoa Vodka
  • 1 oz. dry vermouth

Glass: Cocktail or Martini

Garnish: Lemon twist

Stir with ice until cold and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of
lemon.

PURITY MARTINI

  • 3 oz Purity Vodka
  • 1 oz water(Use less water if using fragile ice.)

Glass: Cocktail or Martini

Garnish: None

Stir over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. No garnish.

 

SKYY ULTIMATE MARTINI

  • 3 oz chilled SKYY Vodka
  • Hint of Cinzano Extra Dry Vermouth

Glass: Cocktail or Martini

Garnish: olive or lemon twist

Fill shaker with ice, add SKYY Vodka and a drop of vermouth. Shake fast and furious. Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an olive or lemon twist.

MODERN CREATIONS

Martinis not your thing? We’ve got you covered with these contemporary vodka offerings from Beluga, FAIR, Skyy and  Sobieski vodkas:

BELUGA HONEYBeluga Honey[5]

  • 1 1/2 oz Beluga Noble Russian Vodka
  • 1 tspn sugar syrup
  • 1 1/2 tspn honey syrup
  • 3 tspn passion fruit puree
  • 4 thin slices of lime

Glass: Rocks or Old Fashioned

Garnish:  half a passion fruit

Muddle slices of lime in a glass. Add ice along with syrups, Beluga Noble Russian Vodka and passion fruit puree. Stir well and serve garnished with half a passion fruit.

BIZONIC

  • 2 oz. Sobieski Bizon Grass Vodka
  • 1 ½ oz. triple sec
  • 1 oz. tonic water
  • fresh lemon juice

Glass: Highball or Collins

Garnish: lemon spiral

Combine all ingredients and shake Serve in a tall glass, garnish with lemon spiral

 

 

ESPIONAGEEspionage

  • 1.5 oz. FAIR. Quinoa Vodka
  • ¾ oz. chartreuse
  • 0.5 oz. Amaro Montenegro
  • 0.5 oz. Cynar

Glass: Rocks Glass

Garnish: Orange peel

Stir with ice and strain into a rocks glass. Twist an orange peel over the top.

THE MINT CONDITION

  • 2 oz. SKYY Infusions Moscato Grape
  • ∏ oz. Aperol
  • ∏ oz. Lime juice
  • ∏ oz. Simple syrup
  • 1 large sprig of mint leaves
  • 1.5 oz. Soda water

Glass: Cocktail or Martini

Garnish: cucumber ribbon

In cocktail shaker, add all ingredients except for soda water but do not muddle. Add in ice and hard shake. Double strain into a martini glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a cucumber.
