Instead of beer cocktails or a list of green libations, we thought it may be fun to post some St. Patrick’s Day inspired “Top o’ the Morning” brunch cocktails! Face it, we all need a stiff drink in the morning to deal with all the craziness that comes with this major drinking holiday…
FRENCH LASS
- 2 oz CAMUS VSOP Elegance
- 1 oz Irish crème liqueur
- Chocolate shavings
Build over ice and garnish with chocolate shavings.

- 1 oz Frangelico
- 1oz Irish crème liqueur
- 2 oz espresso
- 2 oz. milk or cream
- chocolate flakes
Blend ingredients with ice. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate flakes

- 1.5 oz Russian Standard Vodka
- 4 oz tonic water
- 3 thin slices of cucumber
Fill the glass with the cucumbers and ice. Add Russian Standard Vodka and top off with tonic water.

- 1 Part Carolans
Blend with 3-4 ice cubes. Serve on the rocks
