• 2 Oz Demerara Rum
• 3 Whole Cloves
• 1 cup Fresh-Brewed Coffee
• 1/2 Oz Jamaican Rum
• 1/4 Oz Allspice Liqueur
• 2 Tsp Honey or Brown Sugar
• 1 Cinnamon Stick
• lemon slices for garnish

Method

 

1. Pour hot coffee into a heatproof glass or mug, then add the honey or sugar and mix until well disolved . Add the remaining ingredients and stir it up with a cinnamon stick and garnish with lemon slices. Enjoy!
