For many proud Americans the Fourth of July holiday is a long weekend to celebrate America’s independence with food. We know many of you will be out on pontoon boats, crashing your neighbor’s BBQ party, and blowing things up with fireworks. In reality the holiday is really just one big tailgating party to celebrate all the things we cherish about America.
So we asked you guys a simple question on our Inside Tailgating Facebook page:
Did you know that there are at least fifty-four brands of hotdogs out there?! That’s right, I counted them! And an infinite possible combinations on how to prepare and wolf one down before heading down the slip n’ slide.

Then there is the whole business of hamburgers. While most of you aren’t in the business of making your own hotdogs, you guys do take pride in skillfully crafting your own patties. It’s the skill and the art of the grillmaster.
If you are looking for a few ways to spice up your hamburger this weekend, watch some videos on the Food Network website as your favorite chefs whip up more than just American Pie. Throw in some Red, White and Blue cocktails and your neighbors will be crashing YOUR party!
