Cider is the hot item at tailgates and other events. But rather than one of the major market cider brands I thought we should make one of our own using some fresh apple cider. Stop in at a local farm or vendor and grab a half gallon before heading to your event. And stop by a liquor store, of course to get some Becherovka liqueur and some port.

- 2 oz Becherovka
- .5 oz Sandeman Reserve Ruby Port
- 1 oz apple cider
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
- 1 dash lemon bitters
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and fine strain into chilled cocktail glass and serve. Garnish with a lemon twist
