When searching for an interesting Daytona specific burger in honor of the Daytona 500, we came across the Famous Daytona Belly Buster Burger.  We could not trace the roots back from the Smokehouse concession stand at a fair in Philipsburg, PA to Daytona, FL, but it is definitely a good creation for the Daytona 500 Tailgaters to try…if they can find Pork Roll.

The Famous Daytona Belly Buster Burger is: Ham, Bacon, Pork Roll, 2 Eggs, and Jalepeno Cheese.  Stack it up on the bun of your choice and gnaw it down.  If you try it out let us know…If you have your own burger creation at the Daytona 500 send us the recipie.  Make sure you hit us up on Facebook and Twitter during the weekend.
