Yes, a liquid smoke cocktail. A good smokey-ness is encouraged when grilling food. So why not add that smoke taste to a cocktail. This tequila and vermouth concoction sounds quite tasty.

Embers Only

  • 2 parts 901® Tequila
  • 1 part sweet vermouth
  • 2 drops Angostura® bitters
  • 2 drops liquid smoke
  • embers

Preparation:  Combine ingredients and stir over ice. Strain over ice in rocks glass. Garnish with orange peel.
