OK we are adding this drink to our repertoire based solely on its name. It has “stadium” and “diamond” in its name. Enough said. Drink up. And it has two kinds of rum. So once again, enough said.
Cruzan Stadium Diamond
Ingredients:
2 parts Cruzan® Estate Diamond® Dark Rum
3/4 par Fresh Grapefruit Juice
3/4 Demerara Syrup
1/4 part Allspice Liqueur
Float of Cruzan® Black Strap Rum
Method: Combine all but Cruzan® Black Strap in a shaker over crushed ice and shake. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass with fresh ice, top with a Cruzan® Black Strap gloat and garnish with fresh mint.
