We have always said that tailgating can be pretty much any place and any time. So how about laundry day. Yep, it is a stretch, but we have the perfect cocktail if you have to visit your local laundromat. And you might as well make it a tailgate event.

National Watermelon Day

  • 2 oz. Santera Tequila
  • 1 oz. Jalapeno infused Cointreau
  • 1/4 oz. pamplemousse
  • 1/4 oz. elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. lemon
  • Muddled watermelon
  • Tajin rim

Muddle watermelon with Santera tequila. Add all other ingredients. Shake well over ice. Strain into a Tajin rimmed rocks glass.
