Baked Apple Butter Brown Sugar Wings
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 tsp sirracha
For The Glaze
- 1/4 cup apple butter
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar white wine vinegar also works
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- In a bowl, whisk together the apple butter, brown sugar, vinegar, and dijon.
- In a large ziplock bag or stasher bag, toss the wings with the vegetable oil, brown sugar, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt and pepper, to taste.
- Spread the wings out on a parchent paper lined baking sheet, and brush the tops evenly with the apple butter glaze. Bake for 25 minutes, flip, and continue baking for 10-15 more minutes until the internal temperature registers 165 degrees F.
- Serve immediately!
