It is a real “root beer float for grown-ups”. Bartender Erin Sullivan says “The bitterness in the Jägermeister complements the botanicals in the Chartreuse,” says Sullivan, “and these blend together perfectly with the orange and the sarsaparilla found in natural root beer.”

- Spray of yellow chartreuse
- 2 oz Jägermeister
- 4 oz Root Beer
- Scoop of Vanilla Ice-cream
- 3 Dashes root beer bitters
- Orange oil
Spray rocks glass with chartreuse. Add chilled Jägermeister and root beer. Add scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Dash ice cream with root beer bitters. Express and discard orange twist.
