Grog might not sound super appealing, but trust me, this spiced rum is awesome in coffee. With both Jamaican and Demerara rum, this warm cocktail packs a serious punch. You’ll be asking yourself why you haven’t tried a hot coffee grog recipe sooner!
Hot Coffee Grog
Ingredients
- 2 Oz Demerara Rum
- 3 Whole Cloves
- 1 cup Fresh-Brewed Coffee
- 1/2 Oz Jamaican Rum
- 1/4 Oz Allspice Liqueur
- 2 Tsp Honey or Brown Sugar
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Pour hot coffee into a heatproof glass or mug, then add the honey or sugar and mix until well disolved . Add the remaining ingredients and stir it up with a cinnamon stick and garnish with lemon slices. Enjoy!
