Don’t let the basic title trick you, this vodka mint lemonade recipe has a couple of surprises to keep your guests drinking. Whole lemons are blended with fresh mint, honey or sugar, and water. Your guests have the option to add vodka themselves or have it mixed into the lemonade. It’s a refreshing and flavorful drink option that can be easily customized to suit individual preferences.

Ingredients
- 4 lemons, quartered and any seeds removed
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 7 Cups cold water
- 1/2-3/4 Cup honey or sugar, more or less to taste
- 8-16 Oz clear vodka
- ice cubes
- lemon slices to garnish
Instructions
- Place the quartered lemons in the blender with 2 cups of water, sugar or honey, some ice, and half of the mint leaves.
- Blend until the limes or lemons are crushed, the mixture should be slightly foamy with a whitish color.
- pour the lemonade through a strainer into a pitcher, then add remaining 6 cups of water.
- Stir in the vodka or allow guests to add the vodka according to their preference
- Serve with ice and garnish with the remaining mint leaves and lemon slices.
