Once again we keep saying you can really tailgate anywhere. It is not all about sports. If you have an event, you can have a tailgate party.
Yesterday I went to a rock concert at my local sports arena. The concert was for a couple of popular 1970s rock groups. I witnessed a few gatherings before the event that could have easily been turned into a party event. I am not saying it will always work, as many arenas are located in downtown areas where tailgating in garages is a bad idea. But if you have the space, why not get your gear together and tailgate.
Here is a good recipe for this kind of event:
Left Hook
- 1/2 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
- 1/2 oz Jack Daniel’s® Tennessee whiskey
- Pour both the Southern Comfort and Jack Daniel’s in equal parts into a shot glass.
- Stir, and serve.
And who did I see in concert?
Well it was a “Fantasy”. And I got there either 25 or 26 minutes before 4pm……………….
