One of the many cool features about this meat sizzler is the push button igniter, which gets the temperature of the cast-iron grate (the best heat conductor known to man) up to 650 degrees in just a few short minutes. The stainless steel burner is 8,000 BTU and this grill works with both 16.4 and 14.1 LP gas canisters. A control valve lets you adjust the cooking temperature to prevent burnt meat.
Push-button, foldable legs allow for some flexibility for setting it up, and a dishwasher-safe tray is able to hold the residue and prevent you from causing a grease-spot trail like Hansel and Gretel’s trail of bread crumbs. For a lightweight cooker, the Element provides a respectable 159 square inches of grill space, which means you won’t have to dine alone at your tailgate.
