Pull-Apart Pigs In A Blanket
Equipment
- 1 8 inch springform
Ingredients
- 7 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour for the surface
- 1 tube Pillsbury pizza dough
- 2 12 oz packages of cocktail weiners
- cooking spray
- condiments for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and spray a 8" springform pan with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- On a lightly floured surface, unroll the pizza dough. Cut it into 1"-X-2" rectangles.
- Brush the top of the rectangles with the butter mixture. Place a mini hotdog on one end of the rectangle and roll it up. Pinch the seam shut.
- Place the pigs in a blanket standing upright in the springform pan. They should be snug but not too tightly packed. Brush the tops with the remaining butter mixture.
