Berry Fruit Salad With Honey Lime Dressing
Ingredients
- 3 cups cantaloupe, cut into cubes
- 2 cups pineapple, cut into cubes
- 2 oranges, peeled and sliced into cubes
- 1 pint raspberries
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup seedless grapes, sliced in half
- 1/4 cup honey or agave nectar
- juice of 1 orange
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup minced mint leaves
Instructions
- Place all of the fruit into a large bowl and toss to mix.
- Whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, and honey. Pour it over the fruit salad and toss again. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 4 hours before serving (for optimal freshness).
