JERK CHICKEN RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
6 lb roasting chicken
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 small onion, grated very fine
3 tbsp. Busha Browne Jerk Seasoning Rub
PREPARATION:
Grate the onion and rub it into the chicken.
Rub the whole chicken with some salt.
Add the paprika and garlic powder to the chicken.
Rub the Busha Browne Jerk Seasoning Rub all over the chicken and allow the chicken to marinate for at least 2 hours. Roast in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
1tsp Extra vermouth
2 oz Dry gin
INGREDIENTS:
1tsp Extra vermouth
2 oz Dry gin
1 1/2 tsp of Busha Browne Spicy & Hot Pepper Sherry
PREPARATION:
In a chilled, heavy-bottomed 4oz glass, place 2 cubes of ice.
Pour over the vermouth, gin and the Busha Browne Spicy & Hot Pepper Sherry
Stir quickly and add an olive or a cocktail onion as preferred. Enjoy!
