Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Blackberries
- 1/2 Cup Mint Leaves
- 3/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Vodka
- 1 Cup Club Soda
- 750 ml Champagne
- Ice
Instructions
- In a shaker muddle the blackberries, mint sprigs and lemon juice. Add the vodka and stir to combine.
- Fill glass cups with ice, then strain the vodka mixture in until half full. Top with club soda and finish up with a splash of champagne.
