Stubb’s BBQ Shrimp Tacos

Spring has sprung – or it’s trying to – and you need a fresh idea for your next tailgate? We’ve got it. These BBQ Shrimp Tacos from our friends at Stubb’s BBQ will be unexpected and delicious at your next tailgate, whether it be for an upcoming baseball game, NASCAR race or spring game in college football:

Ingredients

12 large raw shrimp, deveined and unshelled

2 tbsp Stubb’s Original Bar-B-Q sauce

2 tbsp Stubb’s Spicy Bar-B-Q sauce

2 tbsp light brown sugar

1 1/2 cups Stubb’s Beef Marinade

6 small corn tortilla rounds

Mango salsa (store bought)

 

Directions

Marinate shrimp in Stubb’s Beef Marinade for about 30 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix Stubb’s Original and Spicy Bar-B-Q Sauces and brown sugar.

Brush shrimp with Bar-B-Q sauce mix then place on grill until shrimp cooks, and sugar caramelizes onto shrimp.

Add shrimp on top of the corn tortillas and top with the mango salsa.
